Vermicelli Kheer

Who doesn’t like dessert after the main course ? there is always a space for dessert isn’t it ? Among all the options we have for dessert I always go for Ice Cream,Kaju barfi and Kheer. My taste buds will never get satisfied unless I taste these desserts

Last week I visited my hometown and I have learnt  how to make  vermicelli Kheer. It is very simple to make and very tasty dessert you can have after your  sunday’s special dinner.

Ingredients :

  •  5 spoon of Ghee
  •  3 spoon of mixture of Badam and dry grapes
  •  A cup of vermisile
  • 3 cups of Milk
  • 3 spoon of sugar
  • Half spoon of cardamom

Instructions :

  • Light the stove take a pan and add 5 spoon of Ghee.
  • Heat the mixture of badam and dry grapes and a cup of vemisile until it turns to light yellow
  • shift the mixture a separate bowl
  • Take three cups of Milk and add half of sugar free natura  and half spoon of Cardamon and boil it
  • Add the mixture of badam,dry grapes and boil up to ten minutes

and the Kheer is ready! isnt it very simple to make  ? Try once and give your taste buds a dhamaaka! 😀
